The rules every integration follows
Local first
Integrations run on your Mac and call the provider directly. Tokens live in your Keychain, never in iCloud, logs or crash reports.
Least privilege
Read-only scopes, restricted keys and OAuth device flows. Settings shows exactly which permissions each integration needs.
Budgeted
Event-driven where possible. Where polling is needed, it’s conditional, backs off, respects rate limits and stops while your Mac sleeps.
